Refund Eligibility Criteria
For Mobile & DTH Recharges:
- Transaction failed but amount was debited from your account
- Recharge was not credited to the intended mobile/DTH account
- Technical error resulted in duplicate charges
- Wrong recharge plan was processed due to system error
⚠️ Important Note
AEPS and DMT transactions are final and cannot be reversed once successfully completed. This is due to the real-time nature of these financial services and regulatory compliance requirements.

Refund Process & Timeline
Step 1: Report the issue within 24 hours of transaction
Step 2: Provide transaction ID, mobile number, and amount details
Step 3: Our team will investigate within 2-3 business days
Step 4: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
⏱️ Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Bank transfers may take 3-5 additional business days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Successful recharges where services were delivered correctly
- User error in entering wrong mobile/DTH number
- Completed AEPS transactions (cash withdrawals, balance inquiries)
- Successful DMT transfers to beneficiary accounts
- Requests made after 7 days of transaction date
- Transactions disputed without valid proof or documentation
